My phone lights up but doesn't turn on

My phones screen lights up blank and the light next to the camera lights up and the phone vibrates and makes noises but it will not turn on. I have never dropped it in water.

but sounds like you need a new screen . if it doesnt work after the reset. there are many other reasons for screens to go ba other than water.
