Z955A / Android 5.1 drops incoming & outgoing calls. What's the fix?
My ZMAX cannot be used as a phone anymore. It drops calls immediately, before connection. Is there a way to fix this?

Thank you for your advice. I did that. Finally, I fixed it by texting REACT to 611611.

Hi @ebody ,
What do you mean by immediately?
Does it register an i/c call and how long does it ring for? Can you answer them or have they dropped out?
Can you make an o/g call at all? Do you get ringtone on an o/g call indicating that the call has progressed to the wanted number? What happens?
How many network signal bars are showing?
Try starting the phone in safe mode and see if it works OK.
