Can I put an on-screen keyboard on my RCA tablet

My screen is cracked and touch screen will not work . My keyboard no longer works either. I put my Wireless mouse on tablet with USB and that works great My problem is I cannot enter my password to my internet without the keyboard I need to know if it is possible to put an on-screen keyboard on this tablet? your help would be greatly appreciate
