My PS4 is not properly connecting to my remote

recently i dropped my PS4 and as soon as i turned it on it, when i moved the analog stick or the arrows on the left nothing happened . only after several tries did it make any move. and the same constantly. when i was playing a game of fifa, despite me having let go f the remote my player just kept running until he was off the pitch. please help me
