Why won't my iPhone 6s Plus turn on?

Hey guys!

Before I state my problem you should know, the from the top of the phone to the top of the silent button has some or no glass on the front screen and a few black lines running down the screen from damage to the LED. Today, some water into the parts with no glass. I didn't notice right away until my screen froze and the screen went black as if it turned off. After seeing the water, I dried the inside off and tried plugging my phone in. The phone vibrated when plugged in but now it does not. The screen now is completely black and i can't tell if its on or off. I've tried charging it for over an hour and still nothing shows up. Although, plugging it into my computer it showed that it was connected to my phone as if my phone was on. I've tried holding down the power and home button at the same time, and moving the vibrate button both ways but it doesn't turn on, vibrate, or make any sounds the screen just stay black. ALTHOUGH, it does vibrate when I hold the home, both volume buttons, and the power button all at the same time.

So really my question is, is my phone beyond repair or should I just get a new phone? and if it can repaired what is wrong with it?

Thanks!

Liquid damage in phone, it's recommended to open the phone as soon as possible and unplug the battery, then take it to a reputable mobile phone repair shop that handles liquid damage on a daily basis to get the phone fixed.
