Battery Replacement Seemingly Worked But Taking Long to Charge

My first battery kept giving a "Replace Soon" message, so I bought this battery replacement for my Macbook Pro Retina 13" late 2013 model. https://www.amazon.com/dp/B01B5FBMGO/ref...

I replaced it as per the iFixit instructions, and everything seemed to be running fine. The battery was at 53% when I turned on my computer after setting it up. Based on some of the endnotes for the tutorial, I decided to drain the battery before beginning to charge it. I ran some games on my computer and I let the battery run out.

I plugged in the MagSafe Power adaptor, turned green, then orange. Seemed to be charging properly as I got an estimated 5 hrs before full charge. I put the computer to sleep and left it charging overnight. After 7 hrs the MagSafe adaptor was still orange. I checked and it only had 15% of charge. I tried the SMC reset several times, but the battery keeps going lower, and the charge time higher. Currently at 12 % and saying that 10 hrs from now it will be fully charged.

I got the coconut Battery app and it says:

Cycle Count = 1 (now 2 after I unplugged the battery, waited 10 seconds, and plugged it back in)

macOS Battery status = Good

Battery temperature = 31.3 C

Charging with 5.3 Watts

Power adapter = Connected

Battery failure = None

Power adapter = 60 Watts

If I unplug the power adaptor, it has a green light for a few seconds, before turning orange and calculating how long it will charge and Power Source: Power Adaptor

Is there anything I can do? Did I mess up something internally? This was my first battery replacement ever. Please, if anyone knows what's going on, I'd greatly appreciate the feedback.

Update 1: The battery finally charged to 100% after a whole day of being on sleep mode, but I noticed that when it's plugged in and I'm using it, the battery is still draining. The LED charger light will sometimes, though rarely, turn green, say it isn't charging before going back to charging at a low wattage and saying it will be full in +5 hrs. According to coconutBattery, my wattage ranges from .9-8 Watts while charging. It's gone as high as 20 Watts, but it decreases. Haven't seen it any higher yet. I've tried multiple SMC resets, but it doesn't seem to have changed anything. Should I replace the MagSafe-DC-IN adaptor? Does it sound like a logic board issue?

Update 2: I cleaned the MagSafe port with ethanol from the outside. I tried a different charger (45 Watt charger) from one of my friends, did and SMC reset with it, and the wattage went to 25 and stayed there. The laptop seemed to be charging normally. I plugged back in mine (60 Watts) and it's fluctuating from 22-25 Watts now. How high should it be? My laptop was at 90%. Should I still replace the MagSafe-DC-IN adaptor? My computer still calculates 1 hr before full charge at 90%, so it's still charging slowly.

Try SMC reset and NVRAM reset. If the original battery never had charging issues, the battery is faulty.
