iTunes doesn’t recognize iPhone 6

Phone is in disable mode, due to several password entries. I’m trying to do a factory restore but iTunes doesn’t recognize the phone, even if the phone is in dfu mode.

I’ve tried different usb ports, laptop and OEM cables. Phone charge perfectly.

A couple of days ago I went to apple genius bar. No solution to solve the problem was given, except to pay $300 for a phone switch.

Charging port function perfectly and ‘pins’ were verified at apple and nothing wrong was found.

Answer this question I have this problem too

Either faulty charging port, dust in port or tristar charging chip needing replacement.

You said you have tried with different laptops too?

Did you check whether the iTunes in these laptops could recognise ANOTHER iPhone/iPad or not? If:

- yes: problably your phone's charging port got some dust...

- no: the iTunes had some problem in iOS drivers. Solve the problem easily: https://www.youtube.com/watch?v=9rqt9DQX...
