iPhone frozen and I can not touch it

So, my iPhone is frozen and it's on the lockscreen only . I'm able to only press the home botton but I can't touch the screen at all . So when I tried to reset my whole iPhone I couldn't because I have to allow some stuff from my iPhone but the problem is that I can't put my password in. I tried pressing the sleep/wake and home button together but that doesn't help either.

Have you tried a hard reset? if so, I have a few other options to hopefully help you.
