Update (03/04/2018)
I went to the service center in India and they said entire display has to be changed and it costs 47,500 rupees... ($730 US) Now is there anything I can do?
Is this a good question?
You'll need to call Apple Support to get the exception logged. Don't take no as the answer, be polite and collect names and direct numbers for every person you spoke to and have them escalate the issue up. The trick is to get to a real Apple employee to get them to get your system fixed.
I don't know the hierarchy in India as Apple doesn't have a direct store front (Apple Store) They do have a special relationship with Croma located at: Mumbai: Malad, Juhu, Oberoi Mall, Phoenix Mall and Ghatkopar.
Do you travel to other countries which Apple has a real store? Ideally where you bought your system. You may need to visit that store.
Either way you do have a bit of an uphill battle here. Be patent! If you still end up at a dead end you'll need to write a note to Tim Cook directly expressing your dismay on not getting your system fixed. Within the note list all of the people you spoke with and their location, title and phone number. Hang in there! Let us know how it goes.

Nothing worked u told like extended warranty or something right their response is like this "The warranty is what covers manufacturing defects I am afraid. Once the warranty has passed, the MacBook Pro no longer has a warranty that covers any defects, unless an extended warranty was purchased or there is a program for a known issue covering this."
I even wrote mail to tcook which is impossible that they will notice...I think it's over I never should have bought first gen touchbar laptop...
