Replaced screen on a 6 and 6+. The 6 works fine and now the plus screen isn’t working. It has a barely there backlight and vibrates but nothing else. Please help!!!!!

Sounds like you may have damaged the backlight circuit on the logic board. You have to disconnect the battery before disconnecting the screen otherwise you run the risk of damaging the backlight circuit.
Connect your phone to an iTunes enabled device and shine a bright flashlight on the screen. If you can see a dim image, then the BL circuit has blown and it will require a micro-soldering repair.

Have you tried rebooting it? When you did the battery replacement did you remove the screen?
