Why can I hear sound but can't see the pictures

My TV turns on but it's black. The sound is fine and working. But there's no graphics. My HDMI cable is plugged in and it's still not working. PLEASE HELP.

Download LGs official update pick the newest version it should say 2020 on it download to your phone once you have the file turn on TV and as quick as possible go to usb input and plug in the phone the screen most likely will go off in 10 seconds or less but the update will run and your tv will work again without the screen shutting off you can go to lgs website and hit support then enter your tv model it on the back of your tv on a white sticker and then you get the right update

Saud Zahoor you need to try all other inputs as well and see if you get a picture on any of those. If you do not then you have to remove the back of your TV. Look for obvious damage of the components on the board. check for leaking or domed looking capacitors. Post some images of all of your boards with your question. Use this guide Adding images to an existing question for that. It will allow us to see what you see. You need to pay particular attention to your power board (most likely is what drives your backlight), your T-con board and all the wiring.
