Hi, my motherboard does not start not turn on green or orange light. It heats up 47ohm resistance (R7020) from the photo, change it and it will burn again. I raise again, side pin 2 is short to GND, inject voltage and heats U7090, change U7090 remains the same, I lift U7090 and lane PP3V42_G3H is short to GND, any help?
