Xperia randomly shutting down?

Hi, i was wondering if anyone could help me please. I have a xperia E5 which as far as i am aware shuts down every time there is a bad internet connection? Any help would be appreciated, thank you, Sarahx

My mam is currently having this issue with her E4 and I was googling a solution when I found your comment.

A work colleague had this solution with his Samsung three days ago and got his resolved so I'm going to ask him what he did.
