Original IPad WiFi Can’t get LTE BACK

I have always had LTE ON MY IPad original WiFi. Now and then it goes to 3G but always goes back to LTE. But for a while now it is on 3G , how do I get it back to LTE?

Try resetting the network settings

Settings > General > Reset > Reset Network Settings
