Does changing the wifi antena affect wifi range? And can I up memory?

So lately I’m having problems with my iPad , the wifi range Isn’t that far, i was wondering does changing wifi antenna affect wifi range?

And the other problem is my iPad is lagging like crazy because there is almost no storage room in my iPad, can I upgrade the memory size? If so, how much?

Has the screen ever been fixed on it? The Wifi cable could possibly be damaged and then yes replacing it MAY help. Otherwise no.. Also you can not *Easily* or safely upgrade your storage internally. Unless you're willing to damage the iPad to the point of it not working don't even try. You can buy USB things that connect to your iPad that act as external storage but they aren't really great, honestly you're best of saving any Photos or things you want and doing a factory reset. This could help speed the ipad up and improve Wifi also. You could even try Settings > General > Reset > Rest Network Settings

I had never been serviced

If the iPad has never been opened before then changing / replacing the iPad Wi-Fi antenna will yield no benefit.

TL-DR: If antenna isn't physically damaged, replacing it will not make a difference.
