My LCD screen is acting up? Cracked on inside? Colored lines blinking

This tablet was my grandmother's. Hasn't been dropped or anything in fact was in my night stand drawer for awhile.

It has a few issues. Cracked on the inside im guessing the LCD. Half of the screen is black while the rest shows up and the half that shows also blinks colored bars on and off. What do I do?http://imgur.com/a/qwDV5 pics in link
