PS4 Slim: No Video Output

I have a customer's PS4 slim that came in with the initial issue being that the disk drive had a coin stuck inside. After disassembling and removing the coin and getting everything back together, I'm stuck with the PS4 not giving me any video output, either saying that there's no signal or just a black screen. I've tried booting into safe mode to no avail. I'm really at a loss right now on this one.
