Can I disable the Bluetooth and the Sleep mode?

I want to disable the bluetooth and the "sleep" mode on our Charge 3. I'm work in a theater and we use a Charge3 as a portable speaker, we use it with a Sennheiser transmitter so we don't need the bluetooth and the sleep mode is annoying too. Thanks for the answers!
