Parking lights an cluster not working at all

I got 99 accord 2.3l and I was installing the climate control bulbs and I hear a random popping noise which definitely a shortage, but I don't have a 10 or a 7.5 fuse because previous owner installed a 50 amp and a 100 fuse to by pass a lot of other fuses. However, I checked them and they were fine.... And I drive all the time at night and I can't see my gauge cluster which is a problem because can't see how fast I'm going (exc.) anyone got any help or advice?

Answer this question I have this problem too

Is this a good question?

Try checking your relay if it has one for the cluster, also check the wiring at the back of the unit and maybe the board. Putting massive fuses in causes more problems than it fixes. As you've just found out.

Also check your light switch, for issues and your cluster light rheostat. That is the knob that allows you to dim your dash lights.
