Looking for power pads for 13" MacBook Pro A1708 Function Key model

Older versions of the MacBook Pro have options to bypass the power button.

Does anyone know where the power pads are on the 2016 MacBook Pro 13" A1708?

The keyboard had liquid damage but the battery and logicboard are still receiving power.

I want to test the board/screen but I can't turn it on because the keyboard is damaged.

Any ideas?

Try to see if the system will spontaneously boot up after you've disconnected the battery and just plugged in the USB-C power adapter?

Tried this and it did not work.

I am not sure if the 2016 is setup like the older models. Older models would turn on when the Magsafe was connected. Does anyone know if the 2016 a1708 works this way?

Will the USB C turn the computer on without any buttons being pressed?

Thanks!
