Why is the screen glitching after being replaced?

I dropped and shattered the screen on my iPhone 7. Ever since I got the screen replaced it freaks out sometimes and glitches like someone is sliding or tapping the top portion of the screen. I have hard reset it many times with no luck of stopping it. Is this something that can be fixed? If so how?

It's a defective screen. Take it back to where you got the screen replaced.
