I have a pennyboard, and I'm trying to loosen up the trucks.

So basically I got my new pennyboard and I'm trying to loosen up the trucks, but the nut or screw wont loosen up. It's moving when I'm using the wrench but not loosening up. I'm trying to take a ride but I cant turn and its stiff.

You need a nut driver and most likely a large Phillips to hold it in place. Take a look at the guide:
