My phone just stopped working

OK so... my phone just stopped working one day. I turned it back on and it gets to the LG logo screen and stays there. I have done the reset with hardkeys several times and it still does the same thing. It charges just fine. Has no damage, not even water. I don't know what to make of it. everything I have read online says to do an update on it from the home screen, but I can't get to that screen. It will NOT go passed the LG logo screen??? Any advise??? Thanx

LG has no competitors on dead phones....!

This motherboard malfunction is common something in their production process screwed up.

Why do you think these phones are so cheap? Save money on the quality of development.

there is nothing to fix in your phone Buy a new just not LG!

This phone is almost 5 years old. As far as cellphones go it had a good run. I can say LGs premium phones do all come with a 2 year warranty. Hopefully if you choose LG again that will give you some peace of mind.

Hi,

Try a power reset and see if this resolves the problem.

Remove the battery and then press and hold the Power button for 10-15 seconds to dissipate any residual power in the device.

Replace the battery and then check if it turns on OK.

Thanks for this suggestion. Unfortunately, this suggestion did not start my LG90 Optimum cell phone.
