Why my iPhone 7 PLUS completely freeze when using whatsapp

Hello, i have a problem with whatsapp on my iPhone 7 plus, when I try to send pictures to 20-25 people it completely freezes, if i close whatsapp, turn off the internet and acces again whatsapp it’s no more stuck (with internet off), if i turn on the internet it freezes again and its getting hot . I had an iPhone 6s... iPhone 7... and never had a problem like that, and i was sending 30 photos to over 150 people in the same time.

It is possible that my 7plus to have hardware problems?

Beside that problem whatsapp is working perfect, and i dont have another problems with my iphone.

My daughter phone is doing the same thing if the WiFi isn’t on the WhatsApp move well and if the WiFi is it move slow and not sending out any message

Try

a) Settings --> General --> Reset --> Reset Network Settings. Power off the phone. Power on the phone again.

b) Uninstall WhatsApp. Power off the phone. Power On the phone again.

Thank you, i will try that and i will tell you if the problem goes away, first i need to backup whatsapp.
