Upgraded 32GB iPad4 to 64GB board and it only shows 16GB available

I have a 32GB Wi-Fi only iPad4 that needed a logic board replacement. I bought a 64GB board because at the time there were no 32GB boards available in the iFixit parts store.

After the replacement (went very well, no issues other than what I'm describing here), I noticed that the storage capacity in the Settings app shows only 13.09GB, which seems to indicate that I got a 16GB board instead of a 64GB one.

I checked my order history to make sure I didn't order the wrong part, and it shows that I purchased a 64GB board.

So, is something wrong with the board? Do I need to reset the iPad again? Is it possible that I got shipped the wrong part?

Thanks,

Kenn

It sounds like you got the wrong board. However, this forum is only patrolled by volunteers and as such we can't help you with this support issue. I would get in contact with iFixit Support (help.ifixit.com), they will straighten things out.

Thanks. That's what I was thinking, but wanted to check and see if there was something else I may have missed.
