Hi,

Do you have a pre-paid service?

The 'speech to text' service (Message2Text) is a default service provided by Telstra if you don't have Messagebank setup.

When MessageBank is cancelled, Message2Text will be enabled automatically .

If you want to cancel Message2Text, contact Telstra 24x7 Chat
