Which Hard Disk to buy to replace the faulty Hard Disk?

My 15" early 2011 MacBook Pro is not booting up. It stays on the apple logo and then reboots itself. This is happening in a loop.

Apple is calling my machine a "vintage" and can't repair it. They ran the diagnostics though and it showed that my drive had "bad sectors".

I was advised by the apple employee to look for replacing my hard disk.

I have no idea which Disk to buy, what specifications and where from.

Please advice!

I recommend a WD sata 2.5 inch hard drive for this system. Or you can get a fast SSD and it will speed this MacBook up a ton.

Any specifications for the SSD?

Oh WD is the brand sorry. For a SSD WD also has some but Samsung has great ones.

Yeah. Cool thanks!! I just got to know WD means Western Digital.

Yes it does! Hope you do well with that MacBook. Come back if you need help installing the operating system.
