Monitor will not turn on, red light flashing

I just got my computer rebuilt, i have an lg 2486L monitor. When I plugged in the monitor, it powers up, shows what port it is connected to and then shuts down and the light flashes red. The monitor worked fine before my computer was rebuilt. I've tried swapping hdmi cables, restarting the computer.

Hi, @kma527 if you have some electronics background, consider opening up and check for any possibility of bloated capacitor inside.

If you found those, you will need to replace them.
