I don't remember the unlock password, how do I reset the SC-8809

How can I reset My supersonic sc-8809 , I want it wiped clean, no stored info, passwords, brand new is how I want it. Can anyone please help with instructions on how to do this .?.

Press and hold Volume up and Power button at the same time until you boot into the Android system recovery. ...

Choose Wipe data/Factory Reset with your volume keys and then press the power button to confirm.
