Troubleshooting LCD issues iPhone 5c?

So, I recently got an iPhone 5C, whose owner smashed the dock flex and dock connector while trying to replace the battery....

First step before doing nothing was to see if there are other issues, so I charged battery by soldering a cable to it until it was at 4.1V... When I plugged it in the phone I found that there was no image on the screen, I checked that there is voltage in the LCM Connector and there is no apparent damage on it.

I tried connecting the LCM Connector of an iPhone 5 screen and didn't get signal either.

I can't seem to find Diode Mode readings for that connector on iPhone 5C, this is the only way I can think of to discard damages on the phone itself.

Thanks
