The test mode on my kenmore 110.44722401 doesn't work

Hi!

When I try to do the Test Mode on my washing machine kenmore 110.44722401, I do press the WASH TEMP and WATER LEVER buttons as explain. But nothing append. The WATER LEVEL led was supposed to stay on and all other led should be off. But it doesn't appen.

Also, they say that the control must be off state before pressing the touchpad sequence. How do I turn it off please?
