I cannot hear voice calls on phone after repair

I replaced the front screen and LED on my iphone, and now i cannot hear others' voices on the phone even though they can hear me.

can soemone advise me?

hey that may be true, i got a new display assembly from ifixti, and it still does not work.

how do you replace the connector?

You have damaged your #3 ribbon, or even your #3 connector. Replace the ribbon first, if not let me know. I've replaced hundreds of connectors, not a typical DIY.

It's possible that you just didn't seat the #3 cable properly. I won't say that you damaged it right off the bat. Pop it open again and check the cable... make sure it's plugged in all the way.

insert flex in to connector 3 until you meet resistance, it doesnt go all the way to the white line.

Yes, exactly what Polly said. Hold the screen upside down and the phone upside down, and use your index finger and thumb to manipulate it.
