Hinge is tight after battery replacement

I recently replaced my laptop battery following the guide here on iFixit. Since then, my hinge has been a bit tight, and when shifting the hinge in an open position, it sounds like the plastic is overcoming some initial friction before moving smoothly.

Is there some screw that might be affecting this? Or maybe some other problem I haven't thought of? Not sure how much I want to disassemble the whole thing again.

Check the clutch cover, it may have shifted to one side as that's the way it is removed.

Did a little researching, and I found that it could, in fact be a screw. Did you accidentally overtighten a screw?

I did read online that the hinge can be tightened/loosed with some screws, but none of them should have been removed/adjusted during the replacement.
