I mistakenly hit the up arrow (channel button) on my remote. That changed the channel to where it won't connect. I don't have cable, I use a Roku. I'm not sure of the term there, auxiliary? I scrolled up and down through 120+ channels - no luck. What's the next step?

No, I must have an old remote. Somehow I found my way to the video input section - with the controls on the tv. I'm not even sure how I activated it, because I was unable to do it before. Anyway, problem solved - thanks everyone!

Thanks for the idea. However, nope didn't work. There's no AV specifically. However, I did find a selection that said "input device", I couldn't get my remote to activate that option. I'll follow up with more info later.
can you not change it on the tv itself, i have a viera and i can change it with 1 of the buttons on the back but its got av on it aswell
