Installed new camera and display, but won’t power on.
When I plug it in the back of the phone, specifically at the camera, seems to heat up. Any ideas?

Sounds like one of the replacement parts you installed is defective. You could try to install your original screen to see if the problem persists. If it doesn't, then you replacement screen is bad. You could also disconnect or remove the replacement camera to see if that solves the issue.
There are a lot of low quality replacement parts on the market.
