I own a Maytag bravos quiet series 300 dryer it trips the breaker switch when I hit the power button it comes on for like one or two seconds and then it trips the breaker switch what is the problem

I own Maytag bravos quiet series 300 when I hit the power button the dryer turns on it’s quiet for one or two seconds then it trips the breaker switch in the breaker box what is the problem
