iPhone 6s Won’t Charge Or Connect To iTunes

Hi, device is an iPhone 6s, came in with no power and wasn’t drawing any power from charger.

First thoughts were charging port as Lightning Cable felt a wee bit loose when connected

I placed a new battery on top of the old one just to attempt to power on device and it booted on just fine.

I tried charging once powered on but still nothing. Therefore I went ahead and changed the charging port but still the device won’t charge or be picked up by computer.

Am I right in ruling out charge ic as Would a charge ic issue still let you connect to computer?

Have tried 2 ports in case one had a Fault.

No sign of any charging port connector damage under scope.

Any tips appreciated thanks
