On my iPhone 7 I downloaded the BOTIM app. It was working fine but recently I can’t hear the other person. I tried rebooting the phone. I deleted and downloaded the app several times but nothing seems to fix it. The other person can here me fine. If they send me a voice message I can hear it but not on call or video call. Also my skype app keeps on crashing ( it does not open)
Is this a good question?
Did you find a solution to this? I have the same problem? ☹️

I took it to apple store. They had to reset the phone. They said the recent software update may be crashing it.

@shaz745 open the "Voice Memos" app and try to record a voice memo.
Can you do that or the option to record is greyed out?

Yes I can do recording.... as I mentioned I can send and receive voice messages too. Just can’t hear the other person on call or video call.
