What is the full model number of your Samsung tablet?

Does the tablet work OK with the charger connected and switched on?

@kinggator the model number is partially on the back bottom of the tablet. All tablets and mobile phones are built individually from the ground up. No 2 models share the same battery. Please provide this information for us to assist.

Hi @kinggator ,

It may be a Samsung Tab 3 8" SM-T310 but this battery is shared by a few different Samsung Tablet models, so it may not be this particular model.
