Cable #7 does not attach to the circuit board.

After properly removing all cables and inserting the battery, I cannot reattach the this cable which I believe connects the antenna to the board. With all other cables attached the phone boots but cannot find service.

Any advice on how to attach this cable would be appreciated.

You may have damaged it by forcing it. It can be replaced however. Use a magnifying glass to see if it is deformed or crushed. I just did a write up on my blog doing this repair. It can be done with a fine tipped iron, and some patience.
