Touch not working after screen replacement

So I replaced the screen on the iphone 6s and I turn it on and the touch screen works fine, but I turn it off and on again and it doesn't work. The screen is on, the home button works, but the touch doesn't work. to get it to work again I need to take it apart and unplug the battery. Any ideas on how to fix this?

Answer this question I have this problem too

More than likely you got a faulty replacement part. Order another part from a different supplier such as iFixit or if you ordered from iFixit try to get a replacement. Defective parts are an unfortunate part of this business.
