Why is my calculator showing green lines at top?

The top of my calculator has these green bar and some green lines at the top, and sometimes my font turns greens and all of the colors get weird on the graph. Red would turn orange, blue would turn some kind of turquoise. I honestly don't know what to do about it. I have already tried resetting my calculator many times and it will go back to normal but 10 seconds later it starts doing it again.

Answer this question I have this problem too

Is this a good question?

This sounds like a hardware failure. I don't think there's a way to easily replace the screen so you'll either have to return it or see if someone has found a way to do it.

In case this isn't a hardware failure, try reinstalling the OS.

You need to install TI Connect CE on your Mac or PC, https://education.ti.com/en/software/det...

then download the OS for your calculator, https://education.ti.com/en/software/det...

then connect your calculator to your computer using the charging cable, then open TI Connect CE, then up top where it says 'Actions' Click on it and then click the bottom option 'send OS/Bundle to calculator'. Select the OS you downloaded and click 'send'. This will start sending the OS to the calculator.

I hope you can fix you issue!
