battery percentage drops rapidly when using like i use it for 10 mins and it drops to 30 % from 70% and some times it shuts itself down at 40% or %)% and sometimes 8% .
sometimes when you restart it the battery percent drops hugely like 80% to 13% .
im in desperate need of help

A software update may fix it.
Well this is the usual procedure for diagnosing battery drain:
1. Backup phone via iTunes, restore via iTunes, restore from backup.
2. If issue still persists proceed with battery replacment
3. Still no good? Probably Tristar Charging IC needing to be replaced via microsoldering.
