Bluetooth "not available" after battery replacement. Wifi working fine

I replaced the battery in my late 2013 macbook pro retina following an ifixit guide. Bluetooth no longer works and is listed as "no information" under system report. I tried blowing on the contacts of the card and reattaching the antennae. Why would wifi work and bluetooth not work?

I would first try replacing the I/O board cable. Follow this IFIXIT guide: MacBook Pro 13" Retina Display Late 2013 I/O Board Replacement Here's the needed part: MacBook Pro 13" Retina (Late 2013-Early 2015) I/O Board Data Cable. Then you have the I/O board next and lastly the AirPort board.

Thanks for your answer. Is there a reason why the cable and IO board should be bought first? I can get an airport card for about $20 on Ebay.

Just like building a house you don't built the roof first then the walls and lastly the basement ;-} Sometimes the order of change is important as in this case. Start with the cable then the I/O board and lastly the Airport card. I'm almost certain the cable or I/O board is the real issue here.
