Playstation 4 Customer Tried too fix HDMI port

HI there a customer tried to do their own HDMI port replacement.

They damaged a couple components that I am having trouble identifying, I have attached a picture and put arrows to the damaged components if anyone can identify them I would greatly appreciate any help.

I have replaced the HDMI port properly but get no power to the unit so I am guessing it is one of the damaged components.
