It isn't that simple. The S-Pen has complex circuitry that generates a electromagnetic field that pulls power from the device you are using it on. The information communicated between the circuitry in the pen and the device is so precise that it knows where the relative position of the pen is, and the pressure that is applied by the tip of the pen.

^ Essentially, you would be spending much more making it, than to buy an OEM SPen. Im not sure of your requisites as a technologist, but the exact pantent for the pen itself is Copywritten. even their repair technicians only get the parts they need to fix it.

You can buy a new Samsung Galaxy Note 8 S pen online, it is not too expensive. Do it yourself may cost more money.

My stylus broke. So I bought a new one, samsung brand etc. In the beginning I had a pointer dot, then it became less and less responsive and I had to push the point in the screen to get a response and now it does not respond any more. Only to fingers, in less then two days did the note8 become unresponsive to the new Stylus. So I glued the old one and that one works fine. I am tired of Samsung really and think about changing brands. Before this did I already conclude that their warrenty, their service centre and online help desks are criminal organisations, really! And with the note 10+they cannot keep their own roadmap (5nm) or put the better AI in that they already have. They just want me to buy a new one because it is a bad mobile, with software errors that they do not fix in their new updates. Ever. It is a fixed development program rather than that they LISTEN to the wants and needs of customers who report errors.

How did you glue it? Mine just broke it. It's the second a pen to break on me. It still works but doesn't park in the garage easily.
