press power you can hear something spinning constantly on and off

Once I press the power you can hear like some sound like a car goes up and down. It sounds like the hard drive have some issues, the front light lights up power works but the screen doesnt turn on. You can hear the hard drive trying to spin but somehow it turns on and off please help.

That is most likely the fan.

Your MacBook Pro only has an SSD, which doesn't make a spinning noise.

Sounds like a disk... But it could also be the fan. If you hear the hard drive this is wrong model. I don´t think the hard drive had problems. If it would be a hard drive issue it will boot up to a blinking folder with question mark. Try reseting the PRAM or the SMC.

Since this model does not have a hard drive, it uses an SSD blade, that is not the issue.
