Changed my battery, now my screen in black Help!

So, I carefully changed my battery, put phone back together and now the screen is Black.. the phone is working, I can see the screen when I shine the flashlight on it so I believe it is the LCD? Can anyone tell me what yo do, I have taken it apart 3 times and made sure it was all hooked up. TIA

As @captainsnowball suggests, it sounds like the backlight was damaged however I suspect that the backlight circuit is the culprit and not the screen. Did you disconnect the battery prior to removing/re-connecting the screen assembly? If not, then it is possible to short out the backlight circuit on the logic board when connecting the LCD connector.

This causes the backlight filter to blow and sometimes it can also cause the upstream driver circuit to fail as well. This requires a micro-soldering repair and is not DIY.
