Hi @bakrie ,
Has the vehicle got a security system at all?
Does the horn stop when the key is inserted into the ignition?
It is does then it may have the inbuilt Honda security system, which may be set to "Automatic". I don't know if this alarm manual is relevant for your model Honda but hopefully it is of some help.
