2 which repair first? battery, screen, headphone jack?
My daughters phone has been thru a lot. It has water damage so Apple won’t replace any parts. I decided to try to repair what I can and get as much life out of it as I can.
The parts I ordered arrived yesterday, before I get started, I wanted to find out in which order I should make the repairs.
I doing a battery replacement, new screen, and replacing the headphone jack assembly.
Any other tips greatly appreciated.

Does this phone work?

yes it works. It got a little wet a few years ago, we did the bagged rice solution. The next year she dropped it and cracked the screen. Went to apple for repair, they wouldn’t do it because of evidence of water. Lately when her phone is plugged into my car or headphones, sound will only come out of one side. The battery change is just because we have it open, might as well do it too, lol.
